Terms & Conditions

Each participant must sign a waiver. For participant’s under the age of 19, waivers must be signed by a parent or court appointment guardian. Waivers can be signed online here. Online waivers must be completed no sooner than 60 days prior to your booking.


Deposit Policy
A $50 deposit may be required to schedule a booking and is non-refundable unless otherwise noted. The Boulders will do its best to reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances.


Age Policy
Our age policy for birthday, camps, and group bookings, children must be 6 years and older. For all other bookings participants who are belaying must be 12 years and older.


Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received at least 2 weeks prior to the start of camp a full refund will be given. If cancellation is received at least 1 week prior to the start of camp a refund of 50% will be given. Cancellation less than 1 week prior to the start of camp will receive no refund.There is a 4 participant minimum enrollment to run our camps. The Boulders reserves the right to cancel a camp if enrollment is insufficient. At least seven days advanced notice and a full refund will be given in the case of low enrollment.
